How we get to your cake
The occasion
We start with what is being celebrated and how many people will be there. Size and shape follow from that, not the other way around.
The design
Bring references, colors, a loose idea, or nothing at all. We propose, adjust, and agree before the oven goes on.
The bake
It is baked for your date. That is why we work by prior order rather than from a case.
Why made to order
A cake made for one particular date is baked, filled, and assembled around how it will reach the table that day. Making it earlier, or making it in quantity, changes the result. We would rather make fewer and make them properly.
