Every order starts with what is being celebrated. These are the occasions I have baked for; yours does not have to be on the list.
How many people is it for?
Tell me how many guests you are expecting and I will tell you what size works, and what to add if it falls short.
Optional. If you already have it, I will tell you right away.
A 10 lb cake serves around 30 people.
For 60, I would suggest adding 24 cupcakes and 24 decorated cookies.
I work on around 3 servings per pound, which is how a celebration cake is cut. If you want more generous slices, tell me and I will adjust it.
