How I work on it
If the graduation is for a group and each family brings something, a dessert table goes further than one big cake: it covers more people and it serves itself.

A 10 lb cake serves around 30 people.
For 60, I would suggest adding 24 cupcakes and 24 decorated cookies.
I work on around 3 servings per pound, which is how a celebration cake is cut. If you want more generous slices, tell me and I will adjust it.
