Quinceañera cakes
A quinceañera is planned ahead, with the girl deciding. I work in the colour and theme she chose, and I tell you from the start what size covers the number of guests you are expecting.
How I work on it
A quince party almost always needs more than the cake: a table with cupcakes, decorated cookies and cake pops in the same colour. I set that up complete, at one price.

How many people is it for?
Tell me how many guests you are expecting and I will tell you what size works, and what to add if it falls short.
A 10 lb cake serves around 30 people.
For 60, I would suggest adding 24 cupcakes and 24 decorated cookies.
I work on around 3 servings per pound, which is how a celebration cake is cut. If you want more generous slices, tell me and I will adjust it.
