Anniversary cakes
An anniversary asks for something quieter: a cake for two, or for close family, in the flavour they both like.
How I work on it
It does not need to be big. Often what gets ordered is a two pound cake and a dozen cookies, and that is the celebration made.

How many people is it for?
Tell me how many guests you are expecting and I will tell you what size works, and what to add if it falls short.
A 10 lb cake serves around 30 people.
For 60, I would suggest adding 24 cupcakes and 24 decorated cookies.
I work on around 3 servings per pound, which is how a celebration cake is cut. If you want more generous slices, tell me and I will adjust it.
