The terms we work under. They are short on purpose: anything not here is agreed with you in writing before we start.

Orders
Cakes are made to order. An order is confirmed when we agree the design, the date, and the price in writing. Before that confirmation, what has been discussed is a proposal.
Changes and cancellations
Design changes are possible until we begin preparing the order; after that point they depend on what is already made. The specific terms of each order, including deposits and deadlines, are agreed with you in writing before it is confirmed.
Allergies and ingredients
We declare the allergens in each product. We bake in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If there is an allergy, tell us before ordering and we will be straight with you about whether we can do it.
