A cake starts with a conversation, not a catalog.
Before we talk about sponge and filling, we ask about the occasion: who is celebrating, how many people, what the table is meant to feel like. The design comes out of that. It is slower than picking from a list, and it is why the result looks like the person who ordered it.
We bake to order and in small numbers. There is no display case to restock, so every cake gets the time it needs.
