What we collect on the site
We keep nothing you type on this site. The calculator and the order form build a message in your browser, and you are the one who sends it on WhatsApp. If your browser does not run JavaScript, what you type travels in the page address so the server can build that message: we do not keep it, but our hosting provider’s technical logs may hold those addresses for a while. We also keep one preference in your browser, the language you chose, so we do not ask again.
What Google Analytics receives
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It keeps a cookie in your browser so the same person is not counted twice. For each page you visit, Google receives its address, its title and the page you came from, along with technical details of your browser, your device and your approximate location. Of those addresses we send only the path, with nothing after the question mark: if you open a thank-you link that carries your name, Google sees /en/thank-you and not your name. Google recognises your browser by a random identifier kept in that cookie, not by your name or email, so it can link the visits you make from the same browser. Google processes that data for us, and we share nothing with anyone for advertising. You can clear the cookie from your browser whenever you like.
What we collect when you write to us
If you email or message us, we receive what you send: your name, how to reach you, and the details of your order. We use it to reply and to prepare your order, and for nothing else. We do not sell or pass it on.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for an order for as long as the relationship lasts, and as long as our accounting obligations require. If you wrote to us and we never ended up working together, you can ask us to delete your message.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to orders@manasweetbakery.com and we will respond.
